ZEO Leh Organizes Cook – Cum – Helper Cooking Competition

Leh: DD, The Zonal Education Officer Leh, successfully organized a “Cook-cum- Helper Cooking Competition” under centrally sponsor PM POSHAN scheme at Chief Education Office Leh conference hall.

The event aimed to encourage innovation and nutritional best practices among the Mid Day Meal Cooks and helpers working across Government Schools in the region.

The competition was graced by the presence of Director, School Education UT Ladakh Tashi Dolma, who was the Chief Guest for the occasion. Her presence inspired and motivated all participants, recognizing the essential role played by Cook-Cum-Helpers in ensuring the health and well being of School Children.

The event provided a platform for Cooks to showcase their culinary skills, promote hygiene and demonstrate the effective use of locally available nutritious ingredients in daily school meals. The winners Cooks-Cum-Helpers of Govt. Middle School Gonpa, Govt. Middle School Phey and Govt. Middle School Skara were facilitated with an appreciation and prizes by the Chief Guest.

Zonal Education Planning Officer Leh, Chamba Standar extended heartfelt gratitude to all participant, Jury’s, Phunchok Angchok SO CEO Leh, Mohd. Iqbal Tak AD Planning CEO Leh and HQ Assistant CEO Leh and all the officials of CEO’s and ZEO’s Leh.DD
