Security Forces Recover Drone-Dropped Arms and Ammunition Near Indo-Pak Border in Samba

SAMBA, Jammu (J&K, India): Security forces on Tuesday claimed to have recovered a major cache of arms and ammunition that was possibly dropped by a drone near the Indo-Pak International Border in Paloora village of Samba district last night.

The incident came to light when villagers noticed a drone hovering over Paloora village and informed the security forces, prompting a cordon and search operation (CASO).

During the extensive search operation, security forces successfully recovered a cache of arms and ammunition, including two pistols, one hand grenade, three magazines, and around 16 pistol rounds. At the time of filing this report, the CASO was still underway.DD
