Kishtwar, (DD): In an unusual enforcement action, a three-wheeler auto driver was challaned by the police in Bonjwah, a remote area of Kishtwar, for not wearing a seat belt.
The challan has raised eyebrows, as auto-rickshaws generally do not come equipped with seat belts.
