Srinagar, (DD): A former Army personnel, Manzoor Ahmad Wagay, succumbed to his injuries after he, his wife, and their daughter were attacked by terrorists in the BehiBagh area of South Kashmir’s Kulgam district today.
According to officials, the family was critically injured in the targeted attack and rushed to a nearby hospital. Despite medical efforts, Wagay could not survive, while his wife and daughter are reported to be in stable condition.
In response, security forces have launched a massive cordon and search operation in the area to track down the assailants.
