Jammu, DD: Peoples Conference president and Handwara MLA Sajad Gani Lone today voiced his discontent in the Jammu and Kashmir Assembly over not being notified about the rejection of his resolutions regarding Article 370 and the relocation of PSA detainees held in prisons outside J&K.
As soon as the session began, Lone took up the matter, criticising the Assembly Secretariat for failing to inform him. “I have not been told why my resolutions were disallowed. Under Rule 197 of the Rules of Procedure and Conduct of Business, I am entitled to be notified,” he stated.
In response, the Speaker assured him that he would be officially informed about the status of his resolutions(DD)
