Sadhotra emphasises critical role of students in shaping future of nation, J&K

Bishnah, DD, National Conference Additional General Secretary and former Minister, Mr. Ajay Kumar Sadhotra, today called upon the students to set high goals, pursue academic excellence, and play a decisive role in enriching India’s human resource capital an essential pillar in the country’s journey towards global leadership.
Addressing an enthusiastic gathering of students of the Bishnah College, which was organized by Misam Chowdhary, Vansh Kalotra and Akash, Mr. Sadhotra highlighted the transformative power of education and the critical role that youth must play in shaping the future of both the nation and Jammu and Kashmir.
“India is being recognized worldwide for the brilliance and impact of its human resource,” Mr. Sadhotra said, adding that Indian professionals and intellectuals are leading in every sphere be it technology, healthcare, science, business, or
governance. This global footprint is built on the back of strong academic foundations and a culture of perseverance, he added.
Mr. Sadhotra emphasized that while India has made tremendous progress, the students have a sacred responsibility to take it even further. He urged them to remain focused, work hard, and never compromise on ethics and integrity.
“You must dream big,” he told the students. “But remember, those dreams must be
backed by action, knowledge, and discipline. The world respects nations that invest in and harness the potential of their youth. You are that potential.”
Expressing deep faith in the capabilities of the younger generation, Mr. Sadhotra
exuded confidence that the youth of India, and especially of Jammu and Kashmir,
will take a leading role in national reconstruction.
The National Conference Additional General referred to the difficult times Jammu and Kashmir underwent during the past over three decades and said now the time has come to rebuild it with renewed vigour a mission of the present dispensation under visionary Chief Minister Mr Omar Abdullah. He expressed full faith that the
youth of Jammu and Kashmir will be at the forefront of its resurgence not just as
participants, but as pioneers and changemakers.
Sardar Arun Pal Singh Provincial Working President urged students to not only excel in academics but to also become socially conscious citizens who understand the importance of unity, peace, and development. He reminded them that real
progress is achieved when individual success contributes to collective well-being Mr Sadhotra assured that the National Conference dispensation is committed to provide congenial academic atmosphere with focus on resolving all the issues
confronting students.
At the outset Mr Ayoub Malik Provincial Secretary introduced all the leaders accompanying Mr Sadhotra with the National Conference Students Union of Bishnah College.
