Omar Abdullah Government Launches Public Outreach Cell in Srinagar

Srinagar, (TDD): The government led by Chief Minister Omar Abdullah has established a public outreach cell at his Gupkar residence in Srinagar, designed to connect with citizens and address their concerns.

According to Nasir Aslam Wani, Advisor to the Chief Minister, the initiative aims to create a platform where people can voice their issues directly to the government. “The cell will operate during office hours regularly. Officers will be available to address grievances, and Chief Minister Omar Abdullah himself will meet public delegations to hear their concerns,” Wani stated.

He further explained that the cell is intended not only as a grievance redressal platform but also as a forum for public input and suggestions, emphasizing the government’s commitment to citizen involvement. A roster for the cell’s operations is expected to be announced soon.(TDD)
