Misplaced BMD Machine Worth ₹7 Lakh Recovered

Jammu: Police have successfully recovered a misplaced trolley bag containing a Bone Mineral Density (BMD) Machine, valued at approximately ₹7 lakh, following a swift and professional response by Police Station Gangyal.

A verbal complaint was received from R. K. Choudhary, who reported that one of his employees, while travelling from Jammu to Delhi, had inadvertently misplaced a trolley bag near the Kunjwani Bypass, Jammu.
The trolley bag contained a BMD Machine used for demonstration purposes and was fitted with an inbuilt GPS tracking system.
As per the technical inputs, the last live location of the bag was traced at a distance of about 1.7 kilometres from the Kunjwani Bypass.

Taking immediate cognizance of the complaint, a police team from Police Station Gangyal swung into action and proceeded to the indicated location.
Based on technical analysis and sustained field efforts, the police team carried out an intensive search operation in and around the area.

After hectic and diligent efforts, the police team successfully traced and recovered the missing trolley bag along with the BMD Machine.
The recovered property was subsequently handed over to the complainant after proper verification and completion of all required legal formalities.

The complainant expressed his sincere gratitude towards the Jammu Police for their swift response, professionalism, and effective use of technology, which ensured the timely recovery of the valuable property.DD
