Indian Army Organises Volleyball, Community Engagement at Seri, Rajouri

Rajouri, DD, As part of its ongoing efforts to strengthen Civil–Military Relations, the Indian Army is organising a Volleyball Tournament at Seri Village, District Rajouri.
The tournament features 16 teams including 8 boys’ teams and 8 girls’ teams bringing together local youth in a spirit of healthy competition, teamwork and camaraderie.
The initiative aims to promote national integration through sports while fostering mutual trust, goodwill, and cooperation between the local populace and the Indian Army.


It provides a dynamic platform for young athletes to showcase their talent, develop discipline and embrace the values of sportsmanship and unity. Such community-centric events reaffirm the Indian Army’s enduring commitment to peace, harmony and socio-economic development under the Operation Sadbhavana.
Through sports, the Indian Army continues to build lasting bonds with the people, strengthening the foundations of a strong and cohesive society in Jammu & Kashmir.DD
