POONCH,TDD,Deputy Commissioner, Vikas Kundal today inspected the progress of work on Bufliaz Mandi Phagla road in Poonch.
Executive Engineer PMGSY gave a detailed overview of the work in execution of the project. The Deputy Commissioner was apprised that maximum work on 63 km road has been done and rest will be completed within stipulated time frame.
The Deputy Commissioner instructed that the project should be executed strictly in accordance with the specified guidelines upholding highest standards of engineering.
The DC asked the PMGSY authorities to complete the work at a faster pace so that general public can avail benefit of developmental activities and increase road connectivity to the far flung areas of the district. He further directed for regular monitoring of the project’s progress with particular emphasis on the quality of work.
