Udhampur :TDD,Team of Police Post Roundomail led by its Incharge have foiled one bovine smuggling bid in which 15 bovines were rescued from vehicle bearing regd. No. JK14B-1095 from Roundomail naka point.
The driver of the vehicle fled away from the spot after leaving behind his vehicle on road.All the 15 bovines were rescued and have been shifted to a safer place and vehicle seized.
In this regard, a case FIR No. 497/2024 U/S 223 (a) BNS 11 PCA, 184 M.V Act stands registered in Police Station Udhampur.Further investigation of the case is in progress.TDD
