Advocate Ahtsham Hussain Bhat, urged the Government to immediately start helicopter service

Diplomat Correspondent

Jammu,DD, Advocate Ahtsham Hussain Bhat, urged the Government to immediately start helicopter service from Jammu to the Chenab Region (Doda .kishtwar Bhaderwah , padder and Bhalessa ) in view of the frequent closure of the NH-44 highway due to landslides and adverse weather conditions.

The closure of the highway has severely impacted connectivity, causing hardship to the general public, patients in need of urgent medical attention, students, and traders whose livelihood depends on uninterrupted movement. A dedicated air service will provide much-needed relief and ensure accessibility to the region during emergencies.

Advocate Bhat has appealed to the concerned authorities to take urgent steps in this regard and prioritize the welfare of the people of Chenab Valley.DD
