Srinagar: Apni Party has expressed grief over the martyrdom of Ali Khamenei, the Supreme Leader of Iran, who was reportedly killed in a U.S.-Israeli attack.
To express their concern, Apni Party leaders held a condolence meeting and offered special prayers for Ayatollah Ali Khamenei. The meeting was presided over by party president Syed Mohammad Altaf Bukhari.
The leaders voiced deep sorrow and grief over the U.S.–Israel attack on Iran and the martyrdom of the Supreme Leader. They paid heartfelt tribute to the late Iranian leader, describing him as a revered figure. They termed the U.S.–Israeli assault barbaric and strongly condemned what they called blatant aggression and brutality against Iran.
Earlier, Syed Mohammad Altaf Bukhari conveyed his condolences over the reported death of Ayatollah Ali Khamenei.
In a message posted on his account on X, he wrote: “With a broken heart and bowed spirit, I mourn the martyrdom of Ayatollah Ali Khamenei, the Supreme Leader of the Islamic Republic of Iran, who was killed today in a U.S.–Israeli attack. Today, the world witnessed the passing of an extraordinarily brave and towering leader—a man whose courage, conviction, and unwavering dedication shaped the course of his nation and the wider region, and inspired millions. The void created by his death will not be easily filled.”DD
