Wanted HM Terrorist’s Land Confiscated In Doda

Jammu: DD, The sleuths of State Investigation Agency (SIA) Jammu have attached immoveable property of Hizbul Mujahideen (HM) terrorist in Doda District.
As per the officials, the SIA team attached an immovable property (land) of Zahid Hussain, a registered terrorist of Hizbul Mujahideen (HM), resident of Behota, Tehsil Marmat, District Doda.
He was wanted in a case FIR Number 03 of 2022 of Police Station Joint Interrogation Centre (JIC) Jammu.
In compliance to the Court of 3rd Additional Sessions Judge, Jammu (Designated Court under Section 22 of the NIA Act) order regarding proclamation issued under Sections 82/83 Cr.PC, a team of SIA Jammu proceeded to village Mangota, District Doda to carry out physical inspection, identification, and attachment of ancestral immovable property linked to the accused.
The proceedings were undertaken in the presence of Revenue Authorities and Patwari concerned along with independent witnesses.
During the operation, land measuring 1 Kanal and 16¼ Marlas falling under Khewat Nos. 130, 128, and 170 was identified as ancestral property share of the said accused.
A notice board declaring attachment under Section 83 Cr.PC was formally installed at the location.
The entire process was duly photographed, recorded, and documented as per mandatory legal procedure for onward submission to the competent Court.DD
