KATHUA: DD, Two non-locals today sustained multiple injuries in explosions that took place inside an iron bar factory at Hatli Morh in Kathua district.
As per the reports, the labourers were busy in their respective work when explosions took place inside the factory, leaving two labourers injured.
The incident spread panic among the labourers and they started running for safety, said one of the eyewitnesses, Joginder, a migrant labourer from Uttar Pradesh.
“The injured labourers were evacuated and shifted to the hospital,” he stated. The injured have been identified as Nitish Kumar Goswami, (20) son of Dinesh Goswami, resident of Bihar and NIranjan Kumar Yadav (20), son of Lakshmi Shankar Yadav, resident of Uttar Pradesh.
Meanwhile, police have started an investigation into the matter.DD
