Doda, DD, A day after Section 163 was imposed in Doda with strict restrictions, particularly in the hometown of MLA Doda Mehraj Malik, the local administration in Bhalesa on Thursday granted a two-hour relaxation to the general public.
During this window, shops and markets were opened, enabling residents to purchase essential commodities. Locals welcomed the move and expressed gratitude to the administration for easing restrictions.
Officials said the situation in the region is slowly but steadily returning to normal.DD
