Leh: DD,Telecom Advisory Committee was held at Leh under the Chairmanship of MP, Lok Sabha (Ladakh) Mohammad Hanifa Jaan.
In this meeting, Additional Deputy Commissioner Leh Ghulam Mohammad, Deputy Commissioner Kargil Shrikant Balasaheb, Executive Councilor of LAHDC Kargil Zakir Hussain ,Executive Councilor LAHDC Kargil Phunchok Tashi, Councilor Saliskote LAHDC Kargil Mohammad Sajjad, Councilor Igu LAHDC Leh Sonam Tharados , Councilor Hunder LAHDC Nubra Kunzang Lotus, Executive Councilor of LAHDC Khalse Lobzang Sherab Shay Spalzang, Executive Councilor of LAHDC , Nyoma, Wahid, Executive Councilor of Ladakh Autonomous Hill Development Council, Drass were present
On behalf of BSNL, General Manager Ladakh Hariom Solanki (ITS), Tsering Angchuk AGM Transmission Leh, Manish Kumar Khare DE Kargil, Tashi DE NTR and all the executive BSNL team participated. Shri Devendra Saini SDE Planning conducted the meeting.
General Manager Ladakh Hariom Solanki (ITS) through his presentation gave information about Ladakh 4G Project, Phase 9.2, Vibrant Rural 4G Saturation Project, BSNL Ladakh Staff, Land Line, FTTH, OLT by BSNL.
All the members appreciated the telecommunication facilities being provided by BSNL in remote areas and gave very useful suggestions for BSNL.
At the end of the meeting, MP, Lok Sabha (Ladakh) Mohammad Hanifa Jaan directed BSNL Ladakh to provide services to the uncovered villages first in a time bound manner.
