Eyewitnesses and local sources claim that valuable green cover, often referred to as the “Sabz Sona” (Green Gold), is being looted openly — with no visible intervention from authorities.

The report questions the accountability of the forest department and other enforcement agencies, accusing them of turning a blind eye to the ongoing destruction.
