Khaltse: DD,On the direction of higher authorities, the Power Development Department (PDD), Khaltse was starting a public awareness campaign using loudspeakers to inform all households, employees, Government offices/institutions, Shopkeepers and Hotelier, of Sub-Division Khaltse about the transition to prepaid electricity services.
Consumers are requested to download the “LPDD Ladakh Bijlee App” as the current postpaid electricity billing system will be converted to a prepaid mode. Additionally, consumers are urged to clear any outstanding dues before April 1, 2025, to avoid disconnection of their electricity supply.
Furthermore, all consumers must register their mobile numbers and email IDs for future updates and communication regarding their electricity services.
