J&K Legislative Assembly Session to Begin on Oct 23 at Srinagar

Srinagar: DD, Lieutenant Governor Manoj Sinha has officially summoned the Jammu and Kashmir Legislative Assembly to convene in Srinagar next month.

According to the order, the Legislative Assembly session has been scheduled for Thursday, 23rd October 2025 at 10:00 AM.

The notification reads, “I, Manoj Sinha, Lieutenant Governor of the Union Territory of Jammu and Kashmir, in exercise of powers under Section 18(1) of the J&K Reorganisation Act, 2019, do hereby summon the Jammu and Kashmir Legislative Assembly to meet at Srinagar on Thursday, the 23rd October, 2025 at 10.00 AM.”

All Members have been requested to ensure their presence as per Rule 3 of the Rules of Procedure and Conduct of Business of the Assembly.DD
