Jammu,TDD,Acting on credible information,ICPP Chinore, successfully apprehended Azayed Ahmed alias Rinku, son of the late Parvaiz Ahmed, a resident of Nardani Malpur. The accused was found in possession of 70 illegally stored LPG cylinders, more than the storing capacity in violation of the Essential Commodities Act, 1955.
In this regard, a case has been registered under FIR No. 264/24, invoking Section 3/7 of the Essential Commodities Act in PS Domana.This decisive action underscores the police’s ongoing efforts to curb illegal hoarding and safeguard public welfare.TDD
