Conduct of Mega Medical Camp at Piri, Rajouri

Rajouri: Indian Army conducted a Mega Medical camp in collaboration with Government Medical College, Rajauri in Piri, providing quality healthcare services to the underprivileged population residing in far-flung hamlets.

The medical camp witnessed participation from specialist doctors from the Army and GMC, Rajouri, who provided expert care to patients from remote hamlets of Panjnara, Sakri, Dheri, Ghakrote and Gurasarkari.

The event witnessed a huge footfall with patients receiving free health check-ups, consultations and medicines. The collaborative efforts of the local administration and GMC were instrumental in making this event a success.

The medical camp strengthened the bond between the Army and local population reinforcing trust and faith in the institution. This initiative underscores Army’s commitment to holistic development and empowerment of the society.DD
