Jammu, (DD)Chief of the Army Staff (COAS), General Upendra Dwivedi, on Saturday conducted a comprehensive review of the operational preparedness in the Paragwal Sector of Jammu and Kashmir. The visit comes amid heightened security dynamics along the border and ongoing efforts to maintain peace and readiness in sensitive regions.

General Dwivedi also visited the Tiger Division, where he interacted with frontline troops and lauded their exceptional performance during Operation Sindoor—a recent military operation that underscored the Indian Army’s strategic efficiency and field capabilities.

During his address, the Army Chief stressed the importance of constant vigilance and operational agility to effectively respond to emerging threats.
