CEC Dr. Mohd Jaffer Akhoon Reaffirms Commitment to Educational Advancement at Al-Kisa Foundation Conference

Kargil, DD, Chairman and Chief Executive Councillor of LAHDC Kargil, Dr. Mohd Jaffer Akhoon, attended the Professional Development Conference for Educators organized by the Al-Kisa Foundation and Literacy International Charitable Trust today at Syed Mehdi Memorial Auditorium Hall, Kargil.

Dr. Mohd Jaffer Akhoon expressed his heartfelt appreciation to the organizers, educators, scholars, and participants for their dedication and efforts under the theme “Under the Cloak of Guidance and Mercy.”

In his address, Dr. Akhoon lauded the initiative for its role in fostering educational excellence, nurturing moral values, and strengthening community development. He commended the interactive sessions and the spirit of collaboration that defined the conference, emphasizing that education is a sacred responsibility that moulds both intellect and character.

During the event, Dr. Mohd Jaffer Akhoon also visited the book exhibition, where he appreciated the curriculum, innovative teaching materials, and the scholarly contributions of Professor Shabani.

Reaffirming LAHDC Kargil’s commitment to supporting educational initiatives, Dr. Akhoon stated, “Together with institutions like the Al-Kisa Foundation, we can build a compassionate and knowledge-driven ecosystem in Kargil and beyond.”
