SAMBA :TDD, Dr. Devinder Kumar Manyal, Member of the Legislative Assembly (MLA) from Ramgarh, visited the revered Bua Sanjoti Devi Mata Mandir to offer his respects during the Manyal Biradari’s annual congregation.
