Approves construction of Waste to Wonder Park at Khanpur

JAMMU,TDD, Divisional Commissioner Jammu and Chairman Board of Directors, Jammu Smart City Limited, Ramesh Kumar today chaired the Board meeting at its office here.
The Board of Directors including Additional Director General of Police Anand Jain, Deputy Commissioner Jammu, VC JDA, ACEO JMRDA and other concerned officials of JSCL were present.
Devansh Yadav, CEO, JSCL presented the agenda items before the Board for discussion, ratification and approval.
During the meeting, the chair was informed of the progress of work on the Tawi Riverfront Project. It was informed that over 88% of physical progress has been achieved on the left and right banks of the Tawi Riverfront development project.
Setting the deadline, the Div Com directed the Director Projects to complete the on left and right banks by December 30, 2024 and 15 January 2025, respectively.
The members of the Board discussed varied other matters listed in the Agenda items for its approval and ratification.
The Board approved the construction of a Waste to Wonder Park at Khanpur Nagrota. Discussion was also held on outsourcing of management, operation and maintenance on lease basis of the heritage cafeteria cum restaurant at Mubarak Mandi, Jammu.TDD
