Srinagar, (TDD): Family members of the doctor, who was killed in a terror attack in Gagangeer area of central Kashmir’s Ganderbal district, today said their son was a pious man who never hurt anyone and questioned as to why was he killed.
Advocate Tariq, cousin of Dr Shahnawaz Dar of Budgam district told the Diplomat that he left behind a daughter and two sons who are shell shocked.
“Dr Shahnawaz was a kind and pious man, who never missed prayers. We want to know why was he killed,” he said.
“We are thankful to the leaders including chief minister Omar Abdullah for showing solidarity with us. “
