Young Man Dies of Electric Shock in Rajouri

Rajouri: DD, A 32-year-old man died after suffering an electric shock in Rajouri district on Sunday.

Officials said that the deceased has been identified as Mohd Liyaqat, son of Mohd Sadiq, resident of Katarmal, Manjakote, Rajouri.

They said he sustained severe electric shock and was immediately shifted to GMC Rajouri where doctors declared him brought dead.

After proper medical and legal formalities, the body will be handed over to the family, they added.

Cognizance of the incident has been taken and further investigation initiated. (KNC)
