Heavy landslide at Patherna: Traffic Suspended on Kishtwar-Paddar-Kellar road

Kishtwar,(DD) A heavy landslide at Patherna, near Singrah Bridge, has led to the temporary suspension of traffic on the Kishtwar-Paddar-Kellar Road, according to an official advisory from the Motor Vehicles Department, Kishtwar.

Authorities have declared the route unsafe for travel and have urged the public, especially those from Nagseni and adjoining areas, to avoid using this road until further notice. Efforts are underway to clear the debris and restore safe passage, with updates to be provided once the route is deemed safe.

The advisory, issued by the Assistant Regional Transport Officer, Kishtwar, emphasizes public safety and cooperation in avoiding any untoward incidents.
