IGP Jammu Zone, Sh B. S. Tuti-IPS holds introductory meeting with Gazetted Officers of Jammu Zone.

Jammu, DD:- To streamline operations and enhance the policing framework, Shri B.S. Tuti, IPS, the newly appointed Inspector General of Police (IGP) for Jammu Zone, convened an introductory meeting with all the gazetted officers of the Jammu Zone at Police Control Room, Jammu. The meeting saw a comprehensive discussion on the future direction of policing in the zone under IGP’s leadership.

  1. Shri B S Tuti, who took charge as IGP Jammu, focused on a multi-faceted approach towards policing, highlighting the need for technological integration, proactive policing strategies, and the importance of data-driven decision-making. He emphasized that the adoption of cutting-edge technology is essential to modernize policing practices, improve efficiency, and ensure that law enforcement keeps pace with the evolving landscape of crime and security challenges.
