Kargil, DD, The District Institute of Education and Training (DIET) Kargil successfully conducted the 52nd RBVP District Level Science Exhibition, Elementary Level, showcasing the innovative talents of young scientists from across the district.
The exhibition, inaugurated by Chief Guest Sonam Wangchuk, CEO Kargil, and Sh. SD Namgyal, Principal DIET Kargil, featured 20 exceptional models across 6 thematic areas. The event also showed the presence of ZEOs, DIET Kargil Faculties, and Teachers from different schools of Kargil district.
A panel of esteemed judges, comprising Mohd Ishaq, Kacho Nissar Ali, Mohd Javeed, and Murtaza Ali evaluated the exhibits.
The winners were awarded certificates and cash prizes in the concluding session. The chief guest and guest of honor praised the young scientists, encouraging them to pursue scientific excellence.
The following models were selected to move forward to the next stage: 1. Resource Management: GMS Garpong Apati Kargil (1st), GMS Throngus Drass (2nd), GMS Drass (3rd) 2. Natural Farming: GMS Skyagaam Zanskar (1st), GMS Chazar Zanskar (2nd), GMS Shangchey Shakar (3rd) 3. Disaster Management: GMS Munthang Kargil (1st), GMS Skygam Zanskar (2nd) 4. Food Health and Hygiene: PS Baltibazar Kargil (1st), GMS Marpothang (2nd), GMS Drass (3rd) 5. Waste Management: MS Namsuru Taisuru (1st), GMS Dongchik Drass (2nd), GMS Archoo Kargil (3rd) 6. Transport and Communication: GMS Chiktan (1st).
