Kargil, April 26, 2025,DD: Students from Govt. Degree College Kargil, accompanied by faculty members today visited District Water Testing Laboratory of PHED Kargil for a one-day hands-on training program on water quality testing.Over 20 students from various Semesters actively participated in the session. During the training, experts provided detailed demonstrations and practical insights into several key water testing parameters, such as calcium, magnesium, chloride, total hardness, alkalinity, total dissolved solids, conductivity, turbidity, PH, and fluoride levell.The students also gained exposure to the testing of biological parameters, including E. coli and coliform bacteria.The session was highly interactive and informative, with experts guiding the students through each testing technique, thereby enhancing their practical skills and deepening their understanding of water quality assessment.DD
