JAMMU — The General Officer Commanding of the 16 Corps Known as White Knight Corps, accompanied by the General Officer Commanding of Counter Insurgency Force Delta, visited the Padri Gali area to conduct a comprehensive review of the security situation and ongoing counter-terrorism operations.
The senior military leadership received detailed briefings regarding the region’s robust intelligence network, continuous security dominance measures, and seamless inter-agency coordination. The commanders also inspected the strategic security arrangements implemented by the troops to maintain peace and prevent any disruptive activities in the region.
While interacting with the soldiers deployed across the rugged and challenging terrain, the Corps Commander praised their high level of professionalism, operational readiness, and steady commitment to executing hinterland operations under harsh weather conditions.
He highlighted that the unwavering vigilance maintained by the troops plays a critical role in securing the area and protecting the local population, further demonstrating the dedication of the Indian Army to ensuring safety and regional stability.
