Indian Army Organised Employment Awareness Camp To Join The Armed Forces At Chas, Kishtwar

Kishtwar: TDD,In a bid to empower the youth of remote regions, the Indian Army conducted an Employment Awareness Camp at the remote village of Chas in the Kishtwar district of Jammu and Kashmir.
This initiative aimed to provide career guidance and information about various employment avenues, particularly for youth aspiring to join the armed forces or explore opportunities in other sectors. The camp saw the participation of 47 youths from the area. Representatives from the Indian Army provided insights into the recruitment process, various career options, and eligibility criteria for joining the armed forces. Additionally, information about government-sponsored vocational training programs, self-employment schemes, and private sector job opportunities was shared. The Employment Awareness Camp at Chas is part of the Indian Army’s larger initiative to engage with communities in remote areas, ensuring no individual is left behind in the journey of national growth and development.
