DGP Ladakh Mukesh calls on LG Kavinder Gupta in Leh

Leh: Director General of Police, Union Territory of Ladakh, Mukesh Singh, IPS, paid a courtesy call on the Lt Governor of Ladakh, Kavinder Gupta, at Lok Niwas, Leh.

During the meeting, Mukesh Singh briefed the Lt Governor on the prevailing security scenario, law and order situation, and key priorities of the Ladakh Police.

He reaffirmed the commitment of the police force to maintaining peace, ensuring public safety, and strengthening community-oriented policing across the Union Territory.

The Lt Governor emphasized the importance of close coordination among all concerned agencies to maintain peace, stability, and a secure environment for the people and visitors of Ladakh.
He appreciated the efforts of the police department and underscored the need for professionalism, responsiveness, and people-friendly policing in the region.DD
