CEC Tashi Gyalson Reviews Renovation Progress at Ladakh Buddhist Vihara in Delhi

Leh, DD: Chairman/CEC, LAHDC Leh, Adv. Tashi Gyalson, visited the Ladakh Buddhist Vihara in Delhi to oversee the ongoing renovation work.
He was accompanied by Senior Vice President of LBA Rigzen Dorjay, General Secretary of Ashoka Mission Tashi Motup, AE Spalzes Dolma, BJP Senior Leaders Tashi Gyalson Khachu and Dr. Skalzang Dorjey, Theatre Artist Sonam Stobgais, as well as officials from the Buddha Vihar Management and PWD.

During the visit, CEC Tashi Gyalson assessed the progress of the renovation and directed officials to expedite the completion of the first phase while ensuring that the remaining work is finished within the stipulated timeframe.
The project had encountered temporary delays due to the winter construction ban in Delhi and certain design challenges.

Additionally, CEC emphasized the need for efficiency and quality in execution, reaffirming the commitment to restoring the Vihara while preserving its cultural and spiritual significance.DD
