The monitoring of Indian-flagged vessels in the Persian Gulf and the maintenance of stable port operations within India indicate that authorities are taking necessary steps to safeguard trade routes and maritime interests. Since a large portion of India’s external trade is conducted through sea routes, uninterrupted shipping activity is vital for economic continuity. Strengthening domestic energy production, expanding renewable energy capacity, and improving energy efficiency are crucial strategies that can reduce vulnerability to global disruptions.
