DC Kishtwar Hands Over 91 PCs to School Education Department Under CSR Initiative of Rattle HE Project

Major Boost to Digital Infrastructure in Project-Affected Areas

Kishtwar:DD, In a significant push toward enhancing digital education facilities in the district, Deputy Commissioner Kishtwar, Pankaj Kumar Sharma (JKAS), today handed over 91 all-in-one personal computers to project-affected educational institutions of the School Education Department Kishtwar across the district.

The PCs have been procured by the CEO Office Kishtwar under the Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) initiative of the Rattle Hydroelectric Project (Rattle HeP) for the development of project-affected areas.

The digital equipment, amounting to ₹51.87 lakh, was handed over by the DC Kishtwar to HOIs ( Head of Institutions) of various schools identified by in the project-impacted region.

These PCs are aimed at strengthening ICT-enabled learning, improving digital accessibility for students, and uplifting the overall academic environment in government educational institutions.

The Deputy Commissioner stressed the commitment of the District Administration to improving the quality of education and ensuring modern learning tools reach every corner of Kishtwar.

CEO Kishtwar Sanjay Dogra, Dy. CEO Kishtwar Masood Ahmed Qazi, ZEO Kishtwar Ashok Kumar, ZEO Nagseni Riyaz-Ul-Haq, and other concerned officers were present.DD
