JKCPJ Holds Chapter 6 of ‘Lets Connect’ Season 2 in Kupwara

DD Correspondent
Srinagar: The JK Centre for Peace and Justice (JKCPJ) held Chapter 6 of ‘Lets Connect’ Season 2 today, 5 September 2026, in Kupwara, bringing together students for an engaging session focused on mental well-being, self-awareness, and peer support.

The session encouraged participants to explore and express different aspects of their own selves while creating a safe and interactive space to connect with one another. Through meaningful conversations and group activities, students learned about the importance of mental well-being, emotional expression, and supporting their peers.

The chapter included a series of interactive activities such as Unique Introduction, Drawing a Landscape, and the Passing the Ball Game. These activities helped participants engage with each other, build connections, and understand the value of empathy, communication, and peer support.

With students at the centre of this chapter, the session focused on creating open conversations around mental health and encouraging young people to become more aware of their own emotions while being supportive of those around them.

Through ‘Lets Connect’, JKCPJ continues to create spaces where people can connect, express themselves, and learn that mental well-being is something we can nurture together.
