Jammu: Jammu Police conducted a joint Cordon and Search Operation (CASO) in the Nagrota area and carried out area patrolling and search operations as part of its ongoing security and area domination measures.
The CASO was conducted by Police Station Nagrota with the participation of 20 personnel of the 31st Battalion SSB, C Company, in Nagrota, Jagti and Panjgrain. The operation began at 10 am and concluded at 2 pm.
Meanwhile, BPP Mallah conducted patrolling and search/checking in Saryalla village to maintain law and order and ensure the safety and security of residents.
Nothing suspicious was found during the operations, and the situation remained normal and peaceful. Jammu Police said it remains committed to maintaining constant vigilance and strengthening the security grid, particularly in view of the forthcoming Independence Day celebrations.
