New Delhi: The second edition of the India-Cambodia Joint Military Exercise CINBAX-II 2026 concluded with a closing ceremony at the Techo Sen Phnom Thom Mreas Provincial Royal Cambodian Air Force Training Centre in Kampong Speu Province, Cambodia.

The 14-day exercise, conducted between the Indian Army and the Royal Cambodian Army, focused on enhancing interoperability and strengthening defence cooperation between the two countries.

According to an official statement, the exercise involved joint planning and execution of tactical operations in a sub-conventional and semi-urban environment. Training activities included a Command Post Exercise (CPX), Field Training Exercise (FTX) and specialised skill-based drills.

The participating troops undertook sniper training, mortar drills, tactical drone employment, combat first aid, multi-domain operations and disaster relief exercises aimed at improving operational preparedness.
